Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. This timeline is an estimate and may be affected by high order volume, holidays, carrier delays, or other unexpected circumstances.

Please review your shipping address and all delivery details carefully at checkout. Curio Cat Collective ships orders to the address provided at the time of purchase and is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

United States orders are typically shipped through USPS Ground Advantage. To request signature confirmation or ask about additional shipping options, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether your request can be accommodated.

International shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, duties, and taxes are displayed at checkout.

When applicable, duties and import taxes are collected at checkout so customers should not be charged those amounts again upon delivery.

International orders are shipped using tracked carrier services. The selected carrier and estimated delivery timeframe will be shown at checkout and included in your shipping confirmation email.
